Faxing your invoice when you have submitted within AIMS could cause duplicate entries with CBP. Do not fax your invoice to Deringer if your file has been submitted from AIMS! Shipments that contain military/defense items OR shipments that are destined to a third country and will not remain in the US should not be processed through AIMS. Please contact your account representative for handling either of these types of shipments.
