Faxing your invoice when you have submitted within AIMS could cause duplicate entries with CBP. Do not fax your invoice to Deringer if your file has been submitted from AIMS! AIMS and EDI processing will be suspended from approx. 11:00 pm 3/20/10 - 3:30 am ET 3/21/10 due to other supporting systems database and server maintenance. During this time-frame AIMS will be available for use. Tracking airplane icon in AIMS and TrackMyShipment from Deringer web site will not be functional during this downtime. EDI invoices by VAN, AS2, http or https and EDI invoices sent by ftp will be queued and processed after the downtime is complete. This message will be updated when downtime is complete. Any questions on processing during this time-frame should be directed to your Deringer branch representative. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
